What site can each profile see? Guard, DC, and ADC open a site-specific workspace; DC and ADC stay on the selected site. Inspector, Agency Admin, Agency HR, Payroll & Finance, and Operations can work across their authorized three-site demo scope. Their normal role permissions still apply.

Sample attendance is populated automatically. Every site has all 50 guard shifts each day, with sign-in, CP2, CP3, and sign-out. Today's shifts are simulated as complete, including times that have not happened yet.

  • ✓A few seeded practice records await DC or ADC validation, then Agency Admin approval, before they appear in the finalized XLSX. Sample tickets, inspections, and requests are also available.

2Validate and approveValidate the sample records as DC or ADC, then switch to Agency Admin for final approval before downloading them.
3Try other workflowsSwitch to Guard, Inspector, HR, Agency Admin, or Operations to review tickets, checkpoints, history, and downloads. Payroll & Finance lets you enter rates, match hours, and download draft payslips.
4Start freshUse the global reset below after your demo. It restores full attendance from September 1 through today for all three sites.
